Meet Tiffany Wainwright, RCC, CCC
About Me
I first came to therapy as a client who was seeking support as I navigated the new and unfamiliar territories of sexuality, motherhood, divorce, the loss of my parents, and aging. For me, therapy became a safe space where I could dive into uncomfortable places and freely explore what was meaningful.
Through counselling, I was able to get unstuck, heal, and build the relational and life skills we all need to thrive. It was a transformative process that helped me connect more deeply not only with those I care about but also with a more authentic version of myself. This experience, and its positive impact on my life, is what motivated me to become a therapist and informs the way I practice.
My Approach
I work from the perspective that we are all naturally resilient, creative, and whole. I fundamentally believe that no one is broken and that we may simply need support to reconnect with our authentic selves.
When working with individuals, couples, and families, I draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and somatic approaches. This involves looking at your challenging thoughts and behaviours alongside your body’s emotional and nervous system patterns, all of which quietly influence the way you think, feel, and show up in the world.
Throughout this process, you’ll develop new skills that 1) free you from unwanted cycles, 2) empower you to choose actions that align with what you value, and 3) gain the freedom and flexibility to live the life you want to live.
While the work may be difficult and deep, it doesn’t have to be unpleasant. For me, humor is an essential part of the process. I very much look forward to working with you.

“Tiffany’s ability to truly grasp the nuances of our relationship and family dynamics is remarkable, and her approach fostered a great rapport that made us look forward to each session. Thanks to Tiffany’s guidance, my husband and I have learned to work together rather than against each other. Her expertise and genuine care have made a lasting, positive impact on our lives.”

“Sessions with Tiffany blew my mind. The depth of transformation I experienced was astounding. The techniques I was taught to ground myself and navigate any situation has given me a level of confidence and love of life that I didn’t know was possible.
Not only did these sessions transform my life from feeling hopeless to thriving, I learned techniques to navigate life’s most challenging moments. To feel confident that I have the tools to handle any situation is priceless.“
Maki M.
“What I loved about sessions with Tiffany is that every week I looked forward to the session, and every week I left more alive, more inspired and excited to work with the wisdom that had come forth, these deeper truths, insights, and ideas. I found Tiffany to be incredibly authentic and genuine, to have a very humanistic and person centred approach. Also to be kind, sensitive, intuitive, highly respectful and deeply considerate. “
